ZOOM!® teeth whitening involves three basic steps. First, one of our cosmetic dentists will professionally clean your teeth to remove any plaque and prepare them for the whitening process. Second, the unique ZOOM!® hydrogen peroxide bleaching gel will be applied to your cleansed teeth. Finally, the specialized ZOOM!® lamp will be beamed across your gel-covered teeth, activating the hydrogen peroxide, accelerating the release of powerful oxygen molecules, and improving the ability of the gel to penetrate the enamel and dentin of your teeth. The results of ZOOM!® teeth whitening are stunning. Patients have experienced as many as eight full shades of bleaching, and leave our office with absolutely radiant smiles.

Dental bonding is the process by which tooth-colored materials are bonded to broken, chipped, or discolored teeth. The bonding process involves four basic steps: first, a mild etching solution is used to prepare the teeth for the resin; second, layers of resin are gradually applied to the teeth, each layer being hardened by a high-intensity light; third, the newly bonded teeth are sculpted to the desired shape and size; finally, the teeth are polished for a glowing, natural look.
Similar to dental bonding, tooth-colored fillings utilize a unique composite resin to repair and improve the teeth. Unlike traditional gold or silver fillings, tooth-colored fillings do not leave an unwanted glint of metal inside the mouth. The filling process is similar to the dental bonding process: after preparing the tooth, tooth-colored resin is carefully applied in a series of layers, each layer being hardened by our high-intensity light. Finally, the filling is polished to replicate the sheen of a natural, healthy tooth. Taking just 10 to 15 minutes longer than traditional metal fillings, tooth-colored fillings are a popular advancement in cosmetic and restorative dentistry.
